Privacy & Cookie Policy
This page explains which personal data the Beat's Tailors website collects, why, and what your rights are. In short: no tracking, no profiling cookies, and your demo details are used only to listen to your music and reply to you.
Who is responsible for your data
Alessio Volpe – Beat's Tailors, Bologna, Italy · VAT 04363111206.
Contact for any privacy request: beatstailors@gmail.com.
Browsing the site
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. To deliver pages and keep them secure, its servers automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type, date and page requested. These logs are kept for a short time and are not used to identify you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Statistics
We count visits with Umami, a privacy-friendly tool that uses no cookies and stores no personal data: we only see anonymous totals (for example how many people opened the page or clicked "Listen & Shop"). Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
Demo submissions
When you send a demo we receive the details you enter: artist name, email, location, music links, a short introduction and social links.
We use them only to listen to your music and reply to you. The form is delivered by Web3Forms (a form-sending service) to the label’s email inbox. If you prefer, you can send the same details by normal email to beatstailors@gmail.com.
Legal basis: your request to have your music considered. We keep your details for as long as needed to evaluate the demo and no longer than 24 months, unless we start working together.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies and uses no profiling or advertising tools, so no cookie banner is needed.
The Spotify player is loaded only when you press play. From that moment Spotify may use its own cookies, under its privacy policy. If you prefer not to, use the "Open on Spotify" link instead.
Links to Instagram, Bandcamp, YouTube and SubmitHub take you to those services, where their own privacy policies apply.
Fonts are stored on our own site: no data is sent to Google Fonts.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (such as Vercel, Web3Forms and the email provider) may process data in the United States. In those cases the transfer is covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses).
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Just write to beatstailors@gmail.com: we will reply within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with its date.
